1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern website services supplied by LLTT Media ("LLTT", "we", "us") to business customers ("you"). Your selected package, order or signed agreement and these terms together form your agreement. If a specific signed package agreement conflicts with these general terms, the expressly agreed package terms take priority for that issue, except where the law requires otherwise.
Our services are intended for business use. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer rights.
2. Packages and scope
The Standard Website Package costs £59 per month (£708 over the initial 12 months). It includes professional website design and build, unlimited design revisions before initial launch, mobile-friendly design, hosting, security and routine maintenance, ongoing website management, on-page search engine optimisation, contact and enquiry forms, reasonable content updates and priority support. Included features may be implemented where technically appropriate. Bespoke functions and substantial redesigns may be quoted separately.
The Platinum Package costs £299 per month (£3,588 over the initial 12 months). It includes everything in Standard, plus four dedicated service pages, four dedicated location pages, one project page per month and two blog posts per month. The service and location pages are prepared as part of the initial build. The continuing content programme is designed to develop the website’s relevance to the services you offer and areas you serve.
The Platinum first-year plan is for a website of 45 or more pages, counting the core website pages, service pages, location pages, project pages and blog posts. Achieving this count depends on the agreed starting scope, timely access to necessary information and receipt of suitable project material. Page counts and publication timelines may be adjusted by written agreement where those dependencies are not met. No particular number of leads or search ranking is promised.
3. Minimum term and start date
Both Standard and Platinum have an initial minimum commitment of 12 months. The minimum term begins on the date of the first successful subscription payment unless your order expressly states a different start date. During the initial term you agree to pay the agreed monthly subscription fee, subject to any rights to terminate under these terms or applicable law.
Your agreement is not activated merely by completing an online signature: activation requires successful initial payment and LLTT’s confirmation of the order.
4. Renewal and cancellation
After the 12-month minimum term, the subscription automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis. There is no new 12-month commitment unless you expressly agree to one.
You may give at least 30 days’ written cancellation notice by emailing contact@llttmedia.com. You may give notice during the initial term so that cancellation takes effect at the end of month 12; you do not need to wait until the minimum term has expired to give notice. Cancellation cannot take effect earlier than the end of the initial minimum term unless early termination is permitted under these terms or law.
After the initial term, cancellation takes effect when the 30-day notice period expires; we will confirm the effective date in writing. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for ending the rolling subscription. Charges properly due up to the effective cancellation date remain payable, subject to applicable law. We will not charge for a later monthly period that starts after the effective cancellation date.
5. Early termination
If you ask to end the service before the initial 12 months have elapsed, please contact us in writing. Unless we agree an earlier end date, a contractual right to terminate applies, or the law requires otherwise, the initial-term payment commitment remains in place.
Either party may end the agreement where the other commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period after written notice, where the breach can be remedied. Any sums claimed following early termination will be limited to amounts lawfully recoverable and will take account of any applicable duty to mitigate loss. Nothing in this clause removes statutory remedies.
6. Payments and pricing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription payments recur monthly according to the checkout schedule. Fees, taxes (if applicable) and any separate one-off costs will be shown before you authorise payment. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
We will not increase the agreed monthly package price during your first 12 months without your express agreement. For a proposed price change after that period, we will give at least 30 days’ advance written notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect, without being bound to another minimum term.
Payments already made are not automatically refunded simply because a customer changes their mind, but this does not affect any applicable statutory rights, breach remedies or refunds required by law.
7. Missed payments
If a payment fails, we may contact you and attempt to collect the outstanding sum. After reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, we may suspend non-essential work, updates, dashboard access or hosting where proportionate and lawful. We will explain how service can be restored. Suspension does not automatically end the agreement or waive amounts properly owed.
8. Client information and approvals
You must provide accurate business details, suitable text, logos, images, service information, operating areas, contact information and approvals reasonably required for the work. You confirm that you have permission to use all materials supplied and that they do not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
You are responsible for reviewing business-specific statements, prices, qualifications, offers and other factual claims before publication when we request your approval. We will correct reasonable factual errors notified to us.
9. Platinum monthly project content
For each monthly project page, the Platinum customer is responsible for emailing LLTT photographs of a completed project and a short brief describing the work, location or service (where appropriate) and any key details to include. You must have permission to share and publish the photos and must avoid sending personal information about third parties without a lawful basis.
We use this material to prepare, optimise and publish the monthly project page. We prepare the two monthly blog posts using topics relevant to the business and its services; we may ask you to check technical or factual details.
If sufficient project material is not supplied, we cannot guarantee publication of that month’s project page on schedule. We will contact you to agree whether to reschedule that page or use a suitable alternative. Unused project-page allowances do not automatically disappear or roll over indefinitely; any revised schedule will be confirmed in writing. The first-year page-count projection may be affected.
10. Timelines, revisions and changes in scope
Timelines are estimates unless explicitly agreed in writing. Initial service and location pages are developed during the initial website build; actual publication dates depend on information, access, approvals and any required technical setup. Delays outside our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.
Standard includes unlimited reasonable design revisions before initial website launch within the originally agreed brief. Ongoing updates cover reasonable changes to existing content. New functionality, additional pages beyond the included allowance, substantial redesigns or unusually complex integrations may require a separate written quotation and approval before work begins.
11. Search engines and performance
We apply relevant technical and on-page SEO practices and, for Platinum, create service, location and ongoing content intended to support local search relevance. Search engine indexing, positions, traffic, enquiries and revenue depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, visibility levels, traffic, leads or sales.
12. Ownership, licences and transfers
You retain ownership of branding, images, data and materials you supply. Once sums properly due have been paid, you may use the website copy and bespoke content we create specifically for your business. Third-party themes, software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
LLTT retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, templates, systems and know-how. The managed service does not automatically include assignment of those underlying assets, source-code repositories or third-party accounts. If you wish to move hosting or development, we will discuss a reasonable export or transition of the materials and assets you are entitled to use, subject to technical and licensing restrictions; separately agreed technical migration work may be chargeable.
Domain registration and control should be confirmed in your order or onboarding records. Where the domain is registered in your name, it remains yours, subject to registrar rules and any sums properly due for domain services.
13. Availability and third parties
We aim to operate reliable websites, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Services may rely on hosting providers, registrars, analytics, email tools, payment processors and other third parties. We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to investigate and help restore services within our scope.
14. Security and personal data
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of websites under our management. You must protect any login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected misuse. Both parties must comply with applicable data-protection law.
Where LLTT processes personal data on your behalf (for example, website enquiry submissions), the parties will put in place an appropriate data processing agreement where required by UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle personal data in our own business operations.
15. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from the agreement. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other agreed liability limit must be set out expressly in writing and will apply only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for failure to use reasonable care and skill where that obligation applies.
16. Changes to terms and services
We may update these terms for new orders from time to time. For existing customers, we will give advance notice of any proposed material change affecting their paid service. Material changes to price, core deliverables or the agreed minimum term will not take effect during the initial term without agreement, except where required by law. The version accepted at checkout or signing will be retained with the customer’s agreement record.
17. Contact and governing law
Questions, requests for cancellation and contractual notices can be sent to contact@llttmedia.com. Please include your business name and contact details so we can identify your subscription.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory law that applies. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
